There are several services available to provide the assistance you need:
Going to A&E (999)
If your life is at risk or you are intending to cause harm to yourself or others, you need an emergency service.
A&E departments are open 24 hours a day and anyone can visit them free of charge.

Emergency GP appointments
Your local GP surgery can offer you an appointment quickly if you need urgent support & you do not already need to be registered as a patient.

You can speak immediately to the Samaritans by phoning 116 123.
Another option in SHOUT, a free and anonymous text support service. Text SHOUT to 85258 if you are struggling with your mental health or feeling suicidal, and a trained crisis volunteer will respond to you.
